Ingredients:
1 to 1.5kg chicken leg quarters
2/3 cup soy sauce
5 cloves grated or miced garlic
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tbsps brown sugar
Instructions:
Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
Put chicken in a baking pan then pour the marinade.
Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes, turning chicken over for 1-2x.
Bake chicken in a pre-heated oven at 170C for 45min to 1hr, while basting it with marinade for 2-3x.
